Welder needed for Cetme shell deflector

I'm needing a competent welder (I've been told it needs to be MIG welded) to weld on a shell deflector on the receiver of my Cetme / HK91, and yes, I'm going to be completely refinishing the receiver afterwards and can provide both before and after for those who are interested.

They won't work on CIA receivers, so I'm still looking for a welder.

take it to a race car fab shop. They can tig it no problem and price should be reasonable.
