That's what I'm thinking too but as is usual with OK statutes, they are outdated and grey as hell. An IR illuminator would seem to fit quite well into "artificial light" and NV is useless without it. I think what they were talking about is a spotlight, headlamp, etc. But that brings me back to how the hell are you supposed to see to shoot them with no light, like it's said for forever? It clearly says you can hunt at night. One of my spots is mature Pine forest and you can't see your what your sights are pointed at 30 minutes BEFORE sunset. After you can't see anything at all, it's pitch black.From dark to daylight with artificial light. Night vision and thermal sights are not artificial lights.
