How do you like the 5.11? I've contemplated that pack. I carry my laptop everywhere so its gotta hold that and my XD if necessary.

I need to look into some MCAM bags before this fall. We'll be wearing MCAM uniforms overseas this trip and I don't think they're going to let me wear my ABU patterned backpack this go around. Might make me stand out. Don't need anything extravegant. Probably a decent 72 hour sized bag without getting absurdly priced. Recommendations?

I ordered a 5.11 Moab 10 yesterday. I needed something smaller to carry to work. I have the 5.11 range qualifier bag also.

5.11 makes a Rush 72. Not cheap, but not as expensive as some.

When I was pack hunting, I was looking at the Eberlestock Gunslinger II. Gene Sears had them in stock so I got to try it on and check out all the compartments. I ended up getting a smaller one called the LoDrag. It was right at $150 and just the right size for me. It will hold just about everything I could possibly want plus it has a gun scabbard.
