After you kill, process the deer?
Bury it in the garden 6' deep.
I give a couple of the leg bones to the dog and the rest I put out for the coyotes.
I leave it for the coyotes on my hunting land.
I split the cage and throw it on the smoker. Same for leg bones ect.. Then the dogs have plenty of chew toys for the winter.
It lays where it lays.
I put a trail cam on a feeder a couple of years ago, and field dressed a deer next to it with the feeder in the background.
The same evening, the deer came in to the feeder. Got pics of them looking at the gut pile, and the next pic 7 minutes later showed the same deer feeding.
It doesn't matter where you field dress them.
