The evidence the jury didn't hear is that the victim had previously accused someone else of rape. Several jurors said it "possibly" and "might" have made a difference. One says he isn't "100%"

My take on that whole thing is.........

First of all...what are you going to Mikey's room for in the middle of the night? Rape is NEVER ok....but I'm saying was it a rape or a setup?

I THINK IT WAS TO GET HIM OUT OF THE GAME. He was so "unbeatable" at the time that it was making losses for the betting folks. No one really wanted to bet against him and there were lots of dollars lost. So he needed to be gone.
