I couldn’t tell from the first picture, but from her hairstyle and the apparent color of her skin, it appears she might be “trans racial”. 
A girl of her tonnage shouldn't have been doing that , hard on the car top and on the eyes .
bet the oklahoma DPS would like to have a word with her...i think if you drive a vehicle over a certain weight you have to have a CDL. they're pretty serious about it, from what i understand.
Only if you're in the furtherance of a commercial enterprise .. Course she might have been and decided to sample the cargo .

I've seen people park a vehicle in front of their business because zoning won't allow a big sign for advertising.
But normally they just paint the sides of the vehicle to advertise, not block the highway and crawl up on top creating a spectacle.
