Who all is waiting for their CCW?

I called TCSO on the off chance it was there. I was expecting to hear a no, instead they told me "its ready to be picked up at your convienence." I picked it up an hr ago. I turned in my app to TCSO April 20th and OSBI charged my debit card a week later. Not for sure how long they have had it.

My wife turned hers in on May 4th, I asked if hers had arrived and it hasnt.

Heck mine expired a few months ago. I was thinking about just letting it go and not renewing, but my younger brother talked some sense back into me. I also did not carry the last year or so I had the license, go figure.

Good news I will be calling them tomorrow I turned mine in on April 9th

My CCL says it was expires July 6th of 2017, so I am assuming it was issued July 6th. I never got anything in the mail from OSBI yet saying it was here. Why they just dont ship them with the letter is beyond me. Would save costs on shipping and possibly free up some money to hire another person to complete these things!

My instructor said the same thing essentially on his renewal. He was at TCSO about his instructors license and decided to inquire about his renewal while there. It was there. Notice via mail didn't come for three weeks. Guess that's why he's telling us to starting calling on day 65.

As of Nov 1, this will be the case. No more sending the permit to the sheriffs office and a letter to the recipient. The permit will be mailed to the address on the application, just like renewals.

Did yours come in? OSBI cashed my money order April 10th and it's still not in as of today. Good luck on yours.

No I called Tulsa county and they said it wasn't there.. I was told to check status by calling or sending and email to the osbi.. Got response from the email from osbi in about and hour saying it was being processed and I should have my letter in a couple weeks..
