What has gotten into you, your worse then a teenage girl in a dress shop. I do however like your new found taste. Maybe Mom is right, I am wearing off on you.

Dang, I hope not. I don’t wanna be like you and have to ride the short bus.

Owned a KZ-9 full size and it as an awesome gun. Only sold it because it really had no purpose, they didn't have carry size ones at that point. Just sold my last Wilson CQB too. Will probably regret it lol.

Owned a few supergrades previously back when they had the "night eyes" sights. They were built extremely well but now days their price point is just ridiculous. You're better off sending it to one of the known smiths for $5-7K or whatever they cost now.

Ok I'll be honest. I had made arrangements to order one thru an OKC distributor and backed out at the last second. It's just too much money for a gun I'd never held. What if it didn't fit my hand right? It was gonna be a true custom, with the polished slide from picture A and the grey frame from picture B with the black starburst / black medallion grips, and gold bead front sight, black battlesight rear. The build came out to right at 3k, 1k down to order, 7 month build time, and $266 in tax...I just couldn't throw down once I had the equivalent of a used car in my hand.
So, instead, I'm gonna send my SW1911SC E Series to them for a working instead, at half that price, if I ever get around to mailing it off. Pictures 3 and 4 are what I'd have them do, if I could narrow it down, and the bold is their pricing to modify an existing firearm, and the last picture is the pistola Id send in, as it sits.

Yost is a 2yr wait and a min. of $3000 for him to work on your gun.
Don't knock the short bus, and give me my helmet back.

Good thing he's not the only one out there..... heck I remember calling the SA Custom shop a few years back for a custom Pro and I was quoted 18months. Basically, if you're going to worry about the cost or the wait then that type of custom isn't for you. Hell it took Greyson well over a year for each of my builds but it was worth it.
