Yea... I left no words out, I picked the first definition result. You are correct though, there are discrepancies between definitions.

You must have read a different story than the one posted. City got complains, city council voted. Sounds like government in action. Please point me to the publication that mentions "false info & fear", because I read all four paragraphs three times looking for those words and never saw them.

I gotta agree with this. If the flag was on their personal property then that's on thing. But of the city owns the flag and land, and they were getting complaints then its within their right to do as they see fit.
