Rain makes corn and corn makes whiskey. Rain is a good thing.
2 tenths of an inch of thunder out here. 1 grass fire started by lightening. The electric company was setting some new powerline poles never hit any moisture in the soil. DRY DRY DRY DRY. These weren't little poles, they were big poles that need deep holes.
We got some needed rain near the airport. The wind was pretty powerful .
NW 16th and Meridian, OKC.
Lots of shooter marble sized hail, street filled up, sideways wind blew small to mid sized limbs from trees. Very refreshing!
