Your Super Bowl food???

Yeah I know the half-time show is another commie-pagan display, but still going to make some special foods LOL

Wife and I are making:

- homemade guacamole w/ chips
- cheese tray with various types of cheese & crackers
- homemade french onion dip & carrots
- crock-pot Italian beef (made from chuck roast)

The beef is to be eaten with swiss or provolone and horseradish sauce and hot peppers on a toasted & buttered hoagie roll
