Personally I'm not interested in whether people use it or not. I only care about the freedom that it signifies by telling the federal government to not overstep their enumerated powers. If the federal government wants to control people's behavior, then pass an amendment to the Constitution. Otherwise, stay out of our lives.
When we're talking about it in 30 years, the argument for it will be that 43 other states already some form of legalized marijuana. The argument against it will be that there will be crackheads in the street and everyone will use it as an excuse to be high all the time.
They legalized crack? I bet 43 states legalize Cannabis in less than 20 years.
They'll look the same as the other skiers, except for the trail of Cheeto fingers when they're shreddin' curves.

Hey, when you're honked, your senses are enhanced. With a scenary the slopes offer in Colorado, I kind of don't blame them for being infatuated with the view.
I haven't read through the bill but I very seriously doubt it. Most likely it'll be sold from dispensaries.
