Bathroom remodel

Looks good. Like I mentioned I am not looking for anything over the top, just getting the house ready to sell.

There are a few things around the house that need to be taken care of. Some light plumbing, bathtub surround, replace a couple of interior doors, etc.

How in the hell are you supposed to pass beer between the kitchen/living/bed/garage when you have closed up the convenient beer passing holes?

How did all the sheet rock get so beat up? The renter from hell? I've got a chance to start a rental and its pics like this that scare me from getting started down this path.

He said he bought it and fixed it to rent. My guess is foreclosure.

Bathroom before/after: This is Habitat for Humanity tile that's 50 cents each. The tub was refinished but I didn't get a good pic. I actually forgot to take bathroom pics and took these after the people moved in.

I bought it as a repo. The previous people had taken those weight plates you put on bars and tied ropes through them and then threw them through all the walls. From the living room, you could walk into the front bedroom, the hall, the kitchen and the garage without actually going through a doorway. We found the weight plates with rope all in the backyard.

I had my first house as a rental once, and had nothing but good renters, but never rented to anybody that I didn't know or their kids.

The house next door got trashed a couple of times like these pics and worse.

The folks that want to tear stuff up when they get evicted always make me scratch my head.... "I can't pay my bills = Tear the house up" like it's your landlord's fault you don't pay rent????

Kitchen before/after: We kept the cabinets, replaced countertops and flooring. The appliances were replaced a few hours after the "after" pics.
