I only have one that is an absolute no go. Boomerang Diner in Ada. Sat at the table and watched 4 orders after mine go out. Haven't been back and will not go back.

Mintner and Sons heating and air - Will NEVER do business with them again. took 4 visits to get our A/C fixed, they vented 12lbs of R-12 freon out of our system and into the atmosphere then charged $100 per lb for replacement freon (18lbs) when they could have captured what we had left - if course they didn't tell us this until AFTER our freon was long gone, and we "HAD" to buy theirs. They Charged us $250 for a valve that I later found online for $60, and in the end we found out the final bill included 4 "tech visit" fees (4 @ 65), even though it was THEIR fault they couldn't get it fixed. They charged us an "equipment usage fee" of $300, a consumables fee of $85, a surcharge because we were so far away from their business, and a $100 fee to schedule a visit on Saturday.
And it all started because we had them come out and do a pre-summer inspection and cleaning. The minute the guy saw that the A/C wasn't blowing cold enough (first thing he did) he stopped the maintenance process. Nothing got cleaned or inspected. Think they still charged us the $100 to come out? you bet they did!
So, in all we spend $2500 because they couldn't get their crap together. I called up there and talk to David Minter and told him where he could shove his business. Totally wiped out our emergency fund when it should have cost no more than $500. I would have done it myself had I had access to R-12. Still gets me stark raving mad thinking about how they essentially held our A/C unit for ransom just as the summer was heating up.

Wendy's-Havent been there since they starting using that Arrogant man hating chick for their commercials.. She drives me crazy always making people feel bad for their choices. Ok so maybe Wendy's is a better choice than what I picked but dont make me feel bad for it.
