Poor guy having a mid-life.Here's a good example. Plenty of parking in the back to double park but this dickball had to park his shiney white (really a white) corvette in the very front. Since this place didn't have carts, this was the next even better thing. God bless the jeep driver.

Parking so you take up multiple spaces is a d-bag move. (Assuming a normal car, not a vehicle that's big enough to actually need multiple spaces.)
Placing carts next to the d-bag parker is also a d-bag move. IMHO, it's worse, because the d-bag parker isn't actually hurting anybody, while putting the cart next to the car could result in damage to the car. Maybe it's just me, but I see no call for doing something that could harm someone who hasn't done anything to harm me.
I always take my carts to the top of the steepest side of the parking lot and leave a cheap bag of dog food in it, it helps with the momentum when it starts rolling.
Parking spots are alloted as per the building occupancy.
So you can see why some are very small (there is a minimum size) .
But the integer here is ...You dont know what kind of crisis other people are having.
That H/C spot you blocked may be the one who's Mother/Father /Spouse is in need of med help.
No matter what the reason, other that being the nosey d-bag you already copped to...

A family emergancy gets a spot in the front door with emergancy flashers on, not a quadplex parking spot because you are a self absorbed dick that doesn't like having it thrown back in your face.

Well it's more like that old lady trying to find a handicapped spot and some lazy ******* that thinks he is in a hurry parks there when he shouldn't be. It's about gratitude, drop the rock, unless its being done delibertly (you cant make people act correctly, they just seek revenge).
Smile and put the carts where they belong, ...at least your able to, some just aint.
