Agreed but it aint gonna happen. There are 300 million guns in the US, no way they can get rid of them now, they are too entrenched. Obama or the next POTUS cant change the constitution single handedly, and thats what it would take, an ammendment. We do have the means to change it but it simply wouldn't have the support it needs in the Congress or the people.

The RINO's in DC will roll over like the well trained dogs they are. Ryan & McConnell are known sell outs and the will of the people is not required for an amendment.

even with an amendment, who would enforce a confiscation of 300,000,000 known, legal guns? the billions or trillions of rounds to go with them? and what of plumbing and hardware supplies? 3D printers?
it ain't happening.

You know what would be a whole lot easier? Enforcement of current law, close monitoring of known radicals, and a thorough vetting of immigrants. Who gives a **** how long it takes? This "fast tracking" from 18 -24 months down to 3 is gonna be a big mistake.

Nothing more than folks in congress working for votes in their re-election. Get a little pattern established they can use for campaign slogans and talking points.

I would never say it won't happen. Anything can happen in this country. If Hilary gets elected I guarantee it will happen at some point. This is what the .gov wants. And they will keep on trying until it succeeds or we stand up and keep it from happening. I thought a lot of things would never happen and guess what, they did. With all the liberals in this country these days anything is possible. Every time a shooting happens a few more people loosen up on their gun beliefs.
