Fenix PD20 came in today - very nice flashlight for $45.

Its noticeably smaller than the ITP. I like both lights, but am still sort of looking forward to the Quark just to see what it can do as well. Got to wait on that one though as the wife isn't crazy about more flashlights :D

Got both the Fenix and ITP out tonight and the Fenix is obviously a better light, but the little ITP held its own. I'm very impressed with Fenix flashlights after using this one tonight (and honestly ITP isn't too shabby either).

So, I'm down to buying one more pint-sized flashlight and its probably going to be one of these:

The Quark Tactical is still in the running:

The Sunway LED M10R is looking nice:

I like this little JetBeam as well:

These NiteCore flashlights sort of call to my "no nonsense" side a bit:

Lost my Bill Coye Ridgeback tonight (didn't have the Tek-Lok on all the way when I clipped it to the strap on my camo bibs).

Broke out the Surefire G2 with the new LED bulb in it (super bright by the way - throw is just under 100yds of good usable sight-picture with a good amount of spill), but the two lights that saved the day and found my knife were the PD20 and the little ITP SC1 - both lights earned their keep after dark tonight wandering around the woods looking for my knife (found it by the way).

Holy crap, close call. I'd puke if I lost a Ridgeback.

Moderator: We need a spam zap on aisle three, please.

Yeah - that was weird.

Gsarg - I came close man... When my son found it, I was pretty relieved - I had plans of borrowing a friend's metal-detector and going back out the next day and scouring the place until I found it.

Elwoodtrix - I've been considering a TK12, but I don't really want massive lumens over longevity. Still the old-school TK10 and the TK12 really appeal to me (for some strange reason).

there are different modes with the TK12, I've had the thing 2 weeks and haven't changed the batteries yet..

I use the dim level and med level the most... when I can't see a house number while working, I switch to high... friggin thing is brighter than my headlights... NO KIDDING...
