There has to be a way to use a Dremel tool. Dremel will make everything better.

Slamming the butt against a hard surface while pointing the barrel in a safe direction is a good technique on most ARs but I don't know if the fiberglass will stand up to it.

If the bolt is not completely forward, it will extend into the lower receiver where the buffer tube threads in, so removing the upper isn't possible unless he can get the round to chamber completely.

With a brass drift, there shouldnt be an issue forcing the bolt into battery through the ejection port. I would most definitely attempt to separate the receiver, and force the bolt out from underneath.

liliysdad, you are correct, I was referring to tech99's thought of taking the receiver apart first. I was just saying that as I understand the problem, it would be impossible to take the receiver apart as it stands.
