We currently outsource some specialized needs to a vendor. Our current vendor is not providing the level of service they used to, and I am researching other local vendors we might go to. I am looking for a place that knows NetApp, VMWare, Juniper, and Extreme. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have heard great things about ISG as well. Never used them personally as we are too small a shop.

We called in Interworks on some occasions at my last job. They were good.
Our main contact (Capone?) left, and I left after that, I don't know how it was handled beyond that.

My experience is that Interworks is on the more expensive side of the spectrum vs ISG. I have used ISG several times (at previous job) and they have some people that are absolutely brilliant with VMWare, never used them for any switches, routers, networking stuff.
