Lol ... Oh Evan ... :rollinglaWhat I would GIVE to be in your position. I go to a Chiropractor now, tell them my back has been broken in 6 places and I have some fused vertebrae in my neck and then they very gingerly pat me on the shoulder and say "Well, Mrs. C, it was really nice to meet you. And no, no ... Please don't make another appointment with me." :violin::blah:

I have one that does an incredible job releasing my spine. He wants to say I need ten more treatments, but one session is good for a year or better.
I'll have to revisit it but stumbled on a YouTube video of how to do it yourself.
I'll have to find it and see if it works.

He asked me to lie face down, reluctantly I complied.
I asked him to be gentle, on my tender backside.

He laughed at me and said, "I've done this many, many times."
I tried to be courageous, but I was trembling inside.

He put his hands upon me, I shuddered at his touch.
He told me to relax, said it really won't hurt that much.

He pressed around all over my body, each thrust hurt so bad.
I heard him say, "about an inch and a half" and then he giggled a tad.

He shoved and pressed so hard, the pain was so intense.
He seemed to ease up a little bit, when he saw me wince.

He finally said, "that's it, you should feel much better."
I said, "thanks doc" it was my very first time with a chiropractor. :rollingla
