I'm betting that there's another side to this story. If the Feds come after you, they have lots of tools at their disposal. The tax code--and its complexity--has proven to be an effective one.

And as it turned out the MG was NOT unregistered. ATF's records were ****, and they really don't like it when it's proven that their records are ****. It was a trumped up charge. I'm with the others, Friesen is a great guy. But I fear they will have a hard on for the guy until he's in the ground.

An over-zealous, greedy, power hungry group of bureaucrats with a license to steal, and regulate the citizenry, aided by armed men that are willing to do their bidding.

A well-heeled lawyer causes trouble for them, so he must be made an example.
