No. I am not saying I have never done it, but its only been in extreme cases. I was simply relating what I have seen in local courts, as source of information. I rarely write seatbelts, and even more rarely write farm tag seatbelts.

I don't get the farm tag deal either, but I have a friend whose accountant told him that if he would just keep a log similar to the one that trucker's keep in their rigs it wouldn't be a big deal. Don't know if the advice has been tested yet ...

I have never seen a log, but I am sure that would work. I just wish they would crack down on who they issue farm tags to, and it wouldnt be an issue, or do away with them all together.
