What did you do to 'prep' today?

Put together a few small bags of soup mix. 1/2 beef bullion cube, dried onion, dried peas, carrots and potatos.

Planted some winter wheat in the garden.

Bought a little more 5.56 ammo, and ground about 40 lbs of venison

I'm just about there for what I feel I need. 6000 rounds for the various rifles I have with enough supplies to reload 3000 more,dehydrator,crossbows and bolts,ghilles suits, about $450.00 worth of heirloom seeds, black powder rifles, and many many more things that I feel we need. But most of all a family with the frame of mind that "IF" something happens then we have a plan and the skills to survive.

Pulled out my goodies bag to reorganize it. I think I want to change bags to one that has a bit more organizational ability. I also picked up a first gen handheld GPS(Garmin 12xl) from a buddy for practically nothing. It would come in handy I think. Definitely need more stuff.

Reloaded, tested and then loaded 500 rounds of 9MM

Bought a .22 pistol and 5,500 rounds of .22 ammo.

Ran 5 miles. Bought my 12 day old daughter her first rifle, and 2 bricks of ammo for it.
