All walmart cashiers are suppose to ask what its for if it is ammo that will fit in a pistol or rifle its just something that comes up on the registor but most of the time if u look way over the age some wont ask they just answer the question themselves since it dont really matter but some like to play by the book and no short cuts.

I love seeing the confusion on their faces... had some clerks had to call a manager to ask how to get past that prompt on the register, they just looked like someone had told them they wanted a large order of french fries in a small box.

Reason for asking what ammo is for from Walmart Is that if a person is under 21 they are not supposed to be allowed to buy handgun ammo but can but pistol ammo if they say its for a rifle. Other than that it's just bs that someone at corporate thought up. Btw using discount card for ammo rocks
I've bought ammo and sleeping pills at the same time before. Old man gave me a weird look. I've bought 9mm before and they've asked me what it was for and I said MP5 and they didnt even know what that was.
