Didn't hear any mention of the offenses being committed when he was a juvenile. The 17 y/o will most likely be charged as an adult. I guess this douche-bag's (Hill's) crimes were not relevant to the shooting since the judge ordered him released. His mama will get her good boy back!!

His last offenses were as an adult, GRAND LARCENY, CONCEALING STOLEN PROPERTY, RESISTING ARREST.

Another charge from a previous case, (CF-2012-1697) was to be added to CF-2012-1360 but is not listed.
He's out on bail, ($4000) and has been appointed counsel by the court.

If the 6000-7000 is too large of a crowd for them to manage and causes them to shut down thunder alley, how do they expect to hold next year's Opening Night events with 50,000+ on new year's eve? They are just trying to do "something" so that sheeple will "feel" safer when they aren't actually any safer at all. If there was no thunder alley events that night he would have still been shooting into a crowd of 17,000+ walking to their cars.

Thunder alley is not the problem and shutting it down won't prevent this. The police can't control people's stupid and selfish actions like this. It's a fact one has to accept when going down there. this is why I don't attend any more professional sporting events. Haven't since I got my carry permit. Now that I legally have the ability to protect myself, I don't see the point in voluntarily forfeiting that ability to walk through streets and parking lots where thugs will know I'm unarmed.

Totally agree JC. I'm sure the 50,000+ can be justified because they are not packed in like sardines as they are in Thunder Alley. No way for emergency vehicles to get to anyone in that case. The 17000+ are likewise dispersed somewhat and do not pose so much of a problem. I'm like minded with you on the not attending sporting events any more. I can watch from the comfort of my lounger and get a drink whenever I want, pause the action to take care of business, and anything else that I need to do, then come back and take up where I left off with my own instant replay if desired. You can't get that convenience court-side. Hadn't renewed my CCW since I returned to OK and now that I am unemployed and trying to get a job in AL I don't have the funds anyway. Of course, feeling the way we do, the bad guys and terrorists have achieved some of their goals in changing the way we Americans behave by not attending those events any more. Not to give any BGs any ideas, but could you imagine the effects of a terrorist attack while the world was watching the SuperBowl? I am glad that they do have super tight security there.

They have months to plan for Opening Night, not so for this game. Tickets are sold to opening night, not so for Bricktown/Thunder Alley.

As far as the suspect being released, he is still in custody, has several hundred dollars worth of fines and bonds to pay before his release. His friend confessed and is the juvenile mentioned, Hill was just there with him. He was not the shooter, hence the judge has let him go after dropping the shooting charges.
