I got a couple from amazon recently [ http://www.amazon.com/Permanent-Stainless-Striker-Lighter-keychain/dp/B008ZYXUF0/ref=pd_sim_sg_3 ].

As for my thoughts on them.... Worthless. Waste of money

Loaded up both with lighter fluid and started playing with them. They are not the easiest to light in my opinion (which could be me) but after I quit playing with them I reloaded the lighter fluid and tossed them in my backpack. I checked both before I did to make sure they were sealed up, needless to say after 2 weeks both were dryer than a bone hardly had even the smell of lighter fluid left. I figured that I just didn't get them sealed somehow so redid them and checked them somewhere between 3 and 4 weeks after the refill. And there is not even the smell of lighter fluid in either....

Just my 2 cents on them. Maybe some of the others work better can't say on them.

Oh and while they will stay lit in a little wind they will not light in any kind of wind at all.

I got one of these off ebay for $1

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Metal-Match...106?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item460f20464a

It actually came with zippo stamped on the metal case. I have had it filled for about 6 months now and it is staying sealed.

The easiest way I found to light them was to hold the liquid filled case with my thumb and forefinger with one of the two covering the opening left by the striker or match. This will allow you to hold the tank strong enough to strike the match. Hold the match at an angle between 45 and 90 against the tank and strike downwards.
