Very little at the south BA WalMart when I was there last weekend - I think they had a couple boxes of Tula 7.62x39, and a few boxes of hunting calibers (.243 and the like), and some shotgun shells, but zero pistol ammo. None.

I ordered some .22 Federal Automatch 325 packs from Midway. Then as soon as it showed up, my LGS got a pallet of it in. So, I have some if anyone needs .22 pm me. My Walmart is hit or miss. They had a lot of 9mm, CCI .22 (I saw about 50 100 packs in the box) and 7.62 in today.

I hit the Wal-Mart Supercenter at 68th & Memorial and Academy Sports at 81st & 169 in Tulsa today; Wal-Mart had many boxes of Federal 9mm 115 gr. FMJ RN in stock, with another case of that ammo sitting inside the display. Had a lot of .25 too, but didn't see much of anything else there. Academy had no handgun ammo, but every kind of 12 & 410 ga. shells you could ever want, plus lots of rifle calibers (.308; .30-30; etc.). No .223 or 5.56, though. They're not stocking guns at the 68th St. Wal-Mart, but Academy had lots of every kind - black rifles; .45s; etc. Plenty to choose from if you want to pay their prices.

I was at the new Walmart on the West side of Stillwater about 7 this evening. They had lots of ammo on the shelf and still had a shopping cart full. They didn't have any Federal bulk 22 but they had a few cases of CCI Mini Mag. Best part about it was there was no one in line.

I've just been operating on the assumption that walmart would be sold out at all times, so I've been 1-boxing it at academy for the past few months. Just happened to be in the walmart on 240 and santa fe wednesday, and they had stacks of 9mm and .223 TulAmmo around 5pm. I was shocked!

well here in pryor walmart all they have is some 12 and 20 light loads. and .22lr shot. not a real good selection.

As for a crazy side note. Was at an auction tonight. there was quite a few box's of 22 in there to be auctioned. keep in mind this is a chicken auction that tends to have some guns and such sale before chickens.

but anyways back on story. there was one brick of Remington 22. They opened the brick up and pulled all ten box's of 50 out. They then said by the box. Anyways before you could blink they had the price to $18! for one freaking box of 50. guy claims all ten box's. $180 for a brick!!! I can't believe these guys are spending that much. Then they had another 6 box's of 50 Winchester that sold for 16 a box. guy took all 6 of them too. talk about a registered dumba$$. There is no way I will spend that much on .22 ammo.

however Vinita walmart has been able to get tula .223 a few times here and there.
Pryor Walmart has 6 ar's on the shelf.
and Jay walmart I was in there a couple weeks back around 6pm and they had about 15 100rd box's of CCI. Of course since I was so lucky I bought my limit of 3 and then sent the wife in after 3 more.

Today I went to the El Reno and Yukon Wal Marts and all together bought 3 100 round value packs of Federal 55 grain .223 for $35 each, 3 100 round boxes of Federal 9mm FMJ for $21 each, and 3 20 round boxes of Tula .223 for $5.27 each. Last weekend in Stillwater, I picked up another 160 rounds of Tula for the same price.

I bought 500 rounds of CCI Mini Mags at SSP (north store) yesterday around noon for $7.99 per 100 rd box. So I spent like $40 total for 500 quality .22LR boolits....Not really too much more than pre-crazy prices like back around Thanksgiving. They had plenty on hand too. Also had 9mm, and .38spl.

It was a toss-up on buying the 500 CCI Mini Mags for $40 or that one guys 500 Remington Thunderbolts he was trying to get like $65 for in the classifieds. Hope I made the right choice...
