I think a lot of people just want to believe in the improper use of the anus. They think and believe that the only thing important in this life is their personal pleasure. That's the great abyss that our society is slipping into.
Does the 10 Commandments monument at the OK capitol benefit or support Christianity?

I don't really care either way if the 10 Commandments are on display at the capitol but I think a better question is why do you feel that they must be there? If you feel that strongly about it can't you just put a smaller version of it in your front lawn and that way you can see it every day? I'm not trying to be a smartace, just asking why anyone would feel so strongly to put the Commandments up at the capitol. I get it that Christianity requires you to 'advertise' and spread the word of God but why would a true Christian want to turn off the very people they are trying to bring to God?
I have my faith but would never try to shove something so personal on a large group of people as diverse as the general public. It's my faith and I could give a flip if someone agrees with me or not.

Yup, fear, hatred and the desire to control the lives of others, truly very invasive cancers in our society these days.
I don't know many people who can list the 10 commandments these days. That said it doesn't affect me because I don't visit the capital and would ignore them I I visited. Whoever had it put up meant well but they don't scream "be a Christian" to me, just a monument.
