If you notice, the Tard runs into traffic and another car has to swerve to miss him. Tard then lounges towards Stewarts car. The guy killed him self. I'm not a racing fan at all, the dead Tard caused it.

Stewart shouldn't be in trouble. That dumbass was going to get out of his ride and go taunt the "famous guy" and get some track cred or "fame" for it. Ended up his hot headed young ass got checked for it. I'm not necessarily a TS fan, but he didn't do anything abnormal or wrong. Sorry for the guy getting hurt/killed, but hey,....the NUMBER ONE RULE is..........STAY IN YOUR DAMN CAR TILL A SAFETY CREW SHOWS UP.........ALWAYS...........EVERY SINGLE TIME. Unless you're on fire, you stay in the car. You DAMN SURE don't go chasing moving cars around on the track. Just like a dog that chases cars....sometimes they get hit even though the drivers try to avoid them. He got what he set himself up for...plain and simple.

Drivers are arrogant. Spent a lot of time at the dirt track. Stewart most likely tried to dust the guy. Got out of hand. Like has been said you don't get out of the effin car ever for nothing unless you/car is on fire. Don't care for NASCAR even in the least. Kinda like football to many rules and whiney ass supposed sportsman for the sport to be enjoyable.

Not a race fan at all, but from the little I see on TV he is a DB. How many times has he gone after someone out of his car.
I don't know what video you guys are watching but you can plainly hear his engine rev as the car fish tails and he lets off as the kid is wrapped up in the tires. Stewart was flexing his muscle and killed a guy. IMO, he should be charged.
OK, so he got out of the car. Does getting killed by an aggressive driver exonerate Stewart?

I cant imagine any judge or jury thinking a man getting out of a racecar and running around pissed off on a race track with race cars all over the place and then dies from a racecar hitting him could be any less responsible for his own death. Stewart may get beat in a civil suit by being 50% responsible but it didnt look like he criminally targeted the dude and point blank ran him down to kill him in front of all of those witnesses. Just a bad accident to me.

Racing is dangerous, all who participate accept certain risks.

Until the league determines fault, it appears the only fact to learn here is don't chase after oncoming traffic
