I am getting a Krieger barrel and a McMillan or Manners stock for my 300 Win Mag.
Well I've got all the parts in, minus the stock of course. Shilen barrel came in. Got the scope rings lapped and scope mounted before I disassembled everything and got it packed for transport to Long Rifles Inc. Excited to get it all mounted and ready to go.
My Krieger came in. I went with a McMillan stock because they could have it shipped within a few days.
Chad will do ya a good job. He loves the M70 action.
Yeah he's been excellent so far, really helpful and easy to talk to. The rifle is headed there now and I'm fully assured it's going to be a fantastic piece when it comes back.
Got all the metal back, modded the standard stock for now and padded it up. The manners stock is scheduled for Dec delivery.
Very nice looks good ! It will look badarse when your manners gets in. I've got two builds currently underway. Waiting on headspace gauges to finish the 6.5-06. Ordered a McMillan game scout last week for my surgeon action 7mm-08 imp build. They said May delivery on the McMillan ;(
