Shutout this evening.......even had my wife sit in the truck and glass on occasion while she was kicked back reading a book. She was overlooking a mile of creek, wheat, cut milo and beans and a CRP draw and didn't see anything.

It's looking ducky Saturday morning...........which is what I may end up doing :)

Yes there has been some cattle lost with it the last few weeks around here. We lost one cow about 3-4 weeks ago. Had another acting puny caught her quick enouth the first day and a trip to the vet which all they do is give a shot of LA300 and she is fine now.

Yes sir. The flies where so bad this year with all the spring rains, it seems worse than normal. Look at adding a mineral with chlortetracycline (ctc) it's the active ingredient in la200-300 and bio micin 200 it really helps. Purina Cargill vitaferm and livestock nutrition center all have a mineral available with ctc as well as other companies im sure. Fly spray alone doesn't seem to be enough.

Could be a possibility. He looked OK a couple of days before. Died on the edge of a pond.

My brother and his hunting partner are heading up for their once a year OK hunt, and from what I saw last weekend, hear from ya'll, and am seeing on my cameras, it's looking pretty bleak.

Are ya'll seeing more coons on camera now? I'm getting hundreds of pictures a day of just coon or coons having stand offs with deer, and in September and October, I got an unusually low amount of coon pictures (like almost none). There are some big, corn eating SOB's this year too.
