Getting ready to fly out of Will Rogers as soon as some dates can be worked out, and I'm seeing 3 hour wait times for people going through security on tv at bigger airports and hubs.

Wife just went out to Vegas last month for a few days; she said it was like 45 mins here and that was a mid-week 11:00 'ish AM departure time. Not bad here but man, I would NOT wanna be trying to get out of someplace like Chicago or LAX as things are.
Longer lines everywhere. Just get there a little earlier and you will be fine.
I'll be coming back through LAX, but it's just to change planes.
Shouldn't be a problem unless you have to go out of a secure area to go to another section of the terminal.
My step daughter flew out of OKC and while we had her there two hours before for her it took like 15 mins to get through security. She does sometimes walk with a cane so remember to take one along, they look for things like that and move people through a little faster from my understanding.

I've flown out of will Rogers to Houston Hobby and back a few times this month, flown at all times, security at both had been a breeze for me at least, never been a long wait, don't know about the larger airports but that's my experience, very small wait times
I flew out of Love Field in Dallas on Saturday, April 30. There was virtually no line. We walked straight to the front and were sorted through the body scanners. I flew out of Las Vegas on Saturday, May 7. The line there was about 10 minutes. By the time we had made it to the front of the line, it was growing though. It looked to be able twice what it was when we entered.

Most of the Cat I airports aren't experiencing the obscene waits they are in Atlanta, Chicago, NY, etc. On average, I'd say add 15-20 minutes for them, just in case. For the others? Who knows...
