Ok. Here's my target from today 1/7/17

Wow. I'ts 1717 or 1/7/17...anyway. Dropped my wife at the movies and buzzed by Ada indoor range. They had a pipe break because of the freezing temps and the heating system was being worked on so...perfect. Didn't have much time but happy with the results.
First picture is a single mag (10 rounds) at 12 yards. Second is 40 rounds at 12 yards. Third is 50 rounds at 20 yards with a few double taps.
Using the Springfield Range Officer Operator 9mm. I'm happy with the results even with the fliers at 20 yards.
Plan on going back tomorrow and shoot different guns (including the Bersa 380)

Thanks. As I've mentioned before, even though I've been a lifelong hunter (over 50 years) handguns were new to me. New in the fact that as a hunter, handguns were snake guns. Since I've jumped in on owning them (quality handguns) and shooting them with proficiency, I have fallen in love with shooting.
As a hunter growing up, other than a few rounds to get your sights right, you never shot much except your 22's. Shot the crap out of them and still do.
Now I'm hooked and have bought and shoot a bunch.
Try to get better and try to learn at least one new thing every month that might improve my skills

Post yours. I put my targets, the good ones and the bad ones, because I like suggestions and comments (good and bad).
I also enjoy seeing other people's targets. One of the reasons I like this and other gun forums.

That's some decent results. I plan on going to the range on Monday, going to shoot my new MK IV some, then get down behind my Marlin XT-22tr Bolt Action .22 rifle and test some different .22 ammo out for best accuracy. I'll post up my results afterwards for all to see and guffaw about.

Dry fire will tighten those up even more. Try it every evening for a week and see what happens, you'll be surprised
