I haven't worried too much about it as I never let my sons go unaccompanied into a public restroom until they were old enough to take care of whatever situation came along.
What freeked me out the other day was when I was in a big box store public potty, standing at the urinal enjoying the relief and the Muzak music when the door opened and a lady in her 20's with a little daughter about 5-6 came in the door and went to a stall. On her way by she commented the ladies is full and her daughter couldn't wait. Well alrighty then!
I've been to the Kansas city Chiefs and the Dallas Cowboy stadium. Around the 3rd quarter when the beer starts taking effect the lines at the ladies room gets really long while the guys go in and take care of business having shorter lines.
It's not uncommon for one of the ladies to peel out of the women's line and visit the mens room right next to you.

If no other men were in the room, I’d stand outside the door and ask any men trying to enter to wait for them to leave.....

First of all there is no such thing as transgender. They are transvestites. If they were born a man then they are a man. If they were born a woman they are a woman. I don’t care what they “identify” as. No man would ever set foot in a bathroom my wife is in. Even though she carries a gun I still wouldn’t let it happen. Same goes for a woman going in with my son. Ain’t gonna happen. As someone mentioned earlier. Pedo’s have used this excuse to try and look at people or worse. I’m not gonna take the chance. And I don’t care if they had a surgery or not. That doesn’t make them the opposite sex. And I’m not worried about hurting someone’s feelings. These people need mental help.
