My permit expires this year. In September I think. Glad I saved $200 not having to renew it. I travel some but mostly where I can’t carry anyway, so I won’t be renewing.


This is a bigger win to me than open carry was, if I’m being honest (and I support open carry for the record).

Same here. I travel to Kansas twice a month, Missouri, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas and Mississippi 4-5 times a year fishing. Plus I think my CCW safe insurance is only valid with my permit.

Lol wtf........
Reckon many folks will miss that detail? I'm no expert but I didn't know such a thing myself until a couple days ago. Several of the paths to "constitutional carry" being law that I saw had Stitt signing as the last step. I guess it was the last step but the date it goes into effect is November 1.
