Back to his employment at TAFB ... if the Wing Commander decides he is not coming back on base, he is out of a job. That is the WC's prerogative, and I have seen it happen.

Not to mention getting fired for job abandonment if he wasn’t in contact with his chain of command while he was incarcerated...of course it takes awhile for that to play out, longer than he was actually locked up.

The 3 strikes your out law Passes by Reagan I believe has caused so much wrong.in the Justice system. It's no longer about public safety, its about locking people up that we are simply mad at who are not any threat to society....for profit.
A debtors prison system and, the biggest one in the world right here in the good ol USA.
I'll let you in on the secret to counter the system. Don't get arrested

Dude gets a parking ticket, penalties stack up, warrant for his arrest. Ticket is $500 and he cant pay it cause hes working 2 jobs to feed his family living payday to payday and now hes in jail for 10-20 days, loses his job...and over $500, and it cost $800 to house him for that time. judge orders he pay another $2000. He's released to find work and cant come up with the money. Back to jail for 6 months at the cost to you of $11,000
Your tax dollars destroying lives.
This is in fact a true story here in OK. Over a parking ticket.

I’m with you on this one. Debtors prison is real. Predatory police departments and District Attorneys using the people as departmental ATM machines is real.

The tide is slowly turning though.

I have never cared for the "51%" rule in Oklahoma that puts the burden on the "Reasonable Person" to know the finances of a restaurant. My "Reasonable Person" check is to evaluate whether their food menu is larger and more extensive than their drink menu. Then I look around to see if the majority of people are eating or just drinking. If the food menu is big and the majority of people are eating, then my "Reasonable Person" tells me the majority of their income probably comes from food sales.

Not most. Just the bishfaces.
FYI, Bishface was hauled off to the stockyards Monday. She had no problem with bringing a child into this world but refused to raise it. She will be on somebody's plate at some point in the future.

No this had nothing to do with Harper.

Exactly. We can all determine a bar from a restaurant

for those complaining about the 51% stuff, i have a question. Do places that qualify have to put up any special signs? In texas they would and it clearly said '51%'.

I'm just wondering if they have to put a standard gunbuster sign up and if those signs are meant to indicate the revenue status. Or maybe they should have to put up a second sign to show that they are serious about you not carrying (unlike the regular 'don't carry' signs that a lot of people feel justified to ignore here)
