Exactly, the state isn't going to fire anybody right now, #1 because they don't know who will drop from this, so firing people before the death spike is pure lunacy......

The OK Tax Commission had several positive cases before going work from home and clearing the building out, that is just one of the agencies I know about intimately which has cases.

We laid off one of our higher-paid employees last week, but it had nothing to do with COVID or the economy. It was something we knew was coming several months ago and had some changes administratively that meant we had to let them go sooner than we thought.

Other than that, we don't PLAN on letting anyone go, even though we have a lot of people sitting around doing little to nothing and bringing in nothing - including me.
