Yeah, that's a tough call. I don't remember anything bad about 2019, but I am enjoying the peace and quiet 2020 is offering so far. I don't have to find reasons out of doing social stuff this year, having weekends off for the first time in my career is a good perk too. We all feel a little spoiled.
I don't have any issues with either year other than 2020. Some of us on fixed income with our investments powering our monthly income don't have any issues. That being said, some that are only on SS are hurting with increasing food prices.
A lot of folks are suffering immensely because of politics right now in 2020. The politicians in blue states are clamping down on freedoms to gain power in a last gasp to defeat Trump so they can claim he cost jobs/lives because he was too slow to respond which is the current mantra. Facts prove that wrong.
No matter how you debate the rona, people, businesses, counties and states are suffering the interruption of business as usual.
It's amazing that a few politicians that are elected to represent the people are doing their best to ruin their constituents by keeping them locked down so they can say Trump caused it.
