Just to follow up on this one. Whoever printed the Priority label, probably the window clerk or person mailing it at an APC machine, entered the zip of 73109 instead of 73103. Machines do a really good job of sorting, to the zip code on the label. It went to SE Station where the clerk should have lined out the barcode when they scanned it. They didn’t so it went back to SE station again. Finally it got sent to the right delivery unit and was delivered. At least 1 USPS screw up, probably 2. By the way, the person who addressed it has chicken scratch handwriting as bad as I do. Slapped a handwritten label over an old mailing label. It was legible, barely. The good news is it finally got delivered. I’d recommend a typed label large enough to cover the middle area of the package. If reusing a box or envelope be sure any old barcodes or labels are completely removed. If you mail it at the window verify they put the correct zip on the label. People make mistakes, some more than others.
