Shoot bubba, everybody knows that they're electronic warfare devices for confusing the enemy.
The second class should be illegal far lane turns. The third class should be slow camping in the inside lane.
Also, put your dang phone away when you are driving.
No kidding. I saw a guy towing a 16' utility trailer on westbound 61st signal for a left turn onto 169, move into the left turn lane, then cut right across two lanes of traffic and go up the off ramp.
Bet those folks trying to get off 169 were surprised by that little move.
I get amused at those drivers that seem to believe that turning on the indicator is part of the actual turn, and hit the lever as they turn the wheel. By that time everyone is aware of their plan to turn.
Along with teaching discipline when it comes to actually driving without a freaking phone in your hand . . .
They would actually have to bring back drivers ed to teach that.
