We need to figure out what’s different about our accounts. Some get to it fine, others can’t. It’s under the boiler room title.

One would have to be already subscribed to it before the upgrade. I’ve looked all over for the mechanism to turn it on for members with no luck.

My best guess is that Support was not subscribed to P&HT, therefore they didn’t know it existed and made no provision for it. We are still waiting to hear.
