Well waiting….. there’s so many different views of those of the Protestants faith they can’t even agree with each other so start another church.

Why was the Aprocrypha removed from the KJV of the Bible? It used to be widely accepted

All religions say they are the only way to Heaven, and all have a book. Funny thing is, if you follow your religion and it's book, you probably will get into Heaven. Most are based on the same principles just phased in different ways.

Personally I do not believe in organized religion because I think they are all wrong to some extant. I do believe in God and I do not think he cares if you believe in the Holy Trinity or Big Bird, as long as you try to live a moral life and help your fellow man. I failed at that first part badly when I was young and have been trying to make up for it for many years now. I can only pray for his forgiveness and try to be the best person I can be. Part of that is not trying to tell others their beliefs are wrong. You never know, theirs might be correct and yours wrong.

Waiting on what? I agree with you on all the different views causing division. This has been going on since the first century. Paul had to rebuke some congregations for doing it. And the reason they were doing it was because they strayed from the text. They were wanting to follow men rather than Christ. Sadly this is still happening. And that is the biggest reason for the division today. The text is clear. But people want to follow man made traditions rather than the word of God. Even within Catholicism, they have changed many things over the years. One such thing is baptism. They used to immerse those that were baptized, but over the years changed it to sprinkling. Then it became sprinkling of babies. A baby has no idea what they are doing. Even a little kid don’t. But yet Catholics have made it a tradition of “baptizing” babies and given young kids their first communion. Those kids have no idea how important the Lords supper is.

As far as the KJV, I don’t use it. Have you ever heard of an interlinear Bible? If not I suggest you look it up. It has the Greek and then whichever modern translation next to it.

According to scripture it isn’t. People may say it is but it isn’t. Just believing in Jesus doesn’t make someone a Christian, and it doesn’t make a denomination Christian either. I suggest they read 1 Timothy chapters 4-6.
Lotta people say St. Peter was the first Pope. It was ~900yrs later when a Catholic priest decided to protest certain things (some of which may have been valid complaints), that other denominations cropped up. So all of the Christian denominations were sparked by Catholicism as far as I can tell. The Lutheran church was started by Catholics, so was the Anglican and Episcopal churches depending on how you look at it LOL. The Catholics have converted a lot of people to Christianity and fed a lot of poor people...not perfect, but still we should recognize that.

I believe the answer to the infant baptism is the sacrament of confirmation. The baby eventually gets to affirm their will and beliefs (and original baptism) when they come of age and stand before God and the community and say "yes" to being a follower of Christ.

You know what fellas? I can tolerate a lot of things. While as a member of Oklahoma shooters I have been trolled, I have been wrong. I have been proven wrong. I’ve tried to learn all of my lessons as best as I could and become a valid member of this community. But lately it seems I’ve become more and more offended by things that are getting posted. The latest one is a remark about members of the Catholic faith. I am Catholic and I was deeply offended by something that was put on here, and more importantly something that was allowed to remain on here. Therefore, I feel very since I am not part of the solution I am part of the problem. I’m afraid I’m gonna have to move on. I wish all of you well. I’ve met some good guys. I hope you live long lives. I hope you live happy lives. Take care.
