Can I have a gun shipped from a friend in New York to me in Oklahoma without having to go thru ffl dealers?

yeah don't forget this part. Friend to friend sales, from my understanding, are for Oklahoma citizens to oklahoma citizens. transferring/selling/trading a gun friend to friend to an out of state party i'm pretty sure is illegal.

i *think* i've read some people say doing a friend to friend with people from texas is okay, but that sounds way too iffy for me.

lots of shops in OKC will do $10. not much more of a drive from blanchard. sooner state and coyote pawn for instance.
