I got lapped a couple times by a group from the retirement home doing their donut ride, but still enjoyed it. Need to start getting in miles more regularly.
Got me beat, only up to 780 miles. Had a cardiologist appt today and told him I try to get the ticker up to 140-160 3-4 times a week, he was good with it. Temp in the 50's is too low for my wussy azz with the wind chill, did a couple days on the trainer.
Man I'm sore today. I all told people rowing machines were a joke until i bought one! But right I'm doing 30 minutes on the rowing machine and 30 minutes of machine weights. In a few weeks i should be back up to one hours on both.
