Was at the range with my AR and my eotech broke. The prism lens inside looks like it became unglued and is just rattling around inside the sight. Sent eotech an email Sunday night and by 10:00 Monday morning I had an RGA form to have the sight repaired/replaced. Can't really ask for better than that.
Sure you can. It isn't too much to ask for a sight that doesn't break or go through batteries like a starving man eats bacon.

If you bought it second hand, don't be surprised if you get an email or a call letting you know it's a fake. There are tons of fakes out there for the airsoft market & unfortunately it's sometimes difficult to tell them apart from the real thing. It's unlike an eotech to just break like that, but it could happen. Hopefully you'll get your sight back all fixed up & good as new. They're a great company & stand behind their products, as long as it's actually their product.

This^^^ I've heard about there being quite a few fakes out there. It sounds like there's a good chance it was made for airsoft. Or maybe you just got one that slipped by QC. As long as it's real, they'll take great care of you!
They are actually extremely easy to tell apart from the real deal if you been around a few. What your describing sure sounds like a fake. Can you post pictures of the EOTech please?
