2017 Deer hunting results/stories

figured we could have the annual hunting thread of how everyone’s outting went, sucessful or not. Plus if they are seeing any movement and what county they are hunting

Five days into season and I've yet to go, unheard of for me. Between schedules and mud, it may be a while yet.

I’ve got to work until about 3 tomorrow afternoon, but I’m still planning to be in a stand on the Salt Fork Saturday morning.

3rd sit right now. Have had bucks in range every time. Excited about what the season holds!

Wife has 2 does down!!! Deer are everywhere!!! Having more fun watching her hunt and have success. I can wait on the hit list bucks and let her get us meat!

My son shot this buck last friday, 22 yard shot.. 40 yard recovery.. he couldn't handle a 2" gash through the heart.
