Well crap – funny deal; FMJ was still 4.99 this morning, and I left the page up on my computer here at work. It sure enough says “$5.99/box” now in the link you sent, but I thought I’d try to buy it at the earlier $4.99/box that’s still on my PC, and it let me! Wasn’t going to buy any, but damn – fifty bucks is fifty bucks!

AIM surplus has Wolf in stock. $4.99 a box if you order 50 boxes or more.

That comes out to about $250. About $30 more then a few weeks ago, but not really bad at all.

Never did order any of that from Cabellas. Probably should, but I'm in pretty good shape 7.62x39-wise. The classifieds here are hard to look at anymore. Hell, even had a local gun store try to break out the twig and berrries on me yesterday with an outrageous price, so I'll put that place on my KMA list, too. People need to keep track of those who are trying to take advantage of the situation, and treat them accordingly in better times.
