If you feel so strongly about it, start campaigning for it to be legalized. I've said it before here, start trying to change it or stop pissin and moaning. Out of curiosity if a 15 year old girl wants to start staring in porn and she knows the consequences, do you have a problem with that?

2. Legalizing a natural herb for recreational and medicinal use for law-abiding, responsible adults is nothing like allowing little girls to star in pornos. Saying that, and not to be confused with me claiming I've got it hot for minors, I think the legal definition of an adult as 18/21 is total crap. I've known 14 year olds more mature than some 34 year olds. I believe anybody truly mature enough to understand the potential consequences of any situation they willingly put themselves in, should have every right to do so, though I doubt there are many 15 year olds with minds and bodies developed enough for such an activity.

What gets me is that someone gets 12yrs. for $30 worth of pot,(Patricia Spottedcrow) then tax dollars,(Women in Recovery program) are used to keep people who are arguably more dangerous and charged with worse offenses like Alisha Greta Halfmoon,(Walmart meth maker) and Brandi Renae Frerichs,(Sonic carhop stabber), out of jail.

Why is that sad? I/we worked hard to educate the brainwashed about the benefits of personal responsibility. Even if you don't condone consuming marijuana (which if you don't condone it, the simple solution is to not consume it), most people should be pissed that the Government spends billions of dollars on this failed drug war. It's a bottomless money pit that they are losing, yet people still willingly throw their tax dollars in the hole because they believe that pot kills. That's sad.

Drinking and smoking can have ill effects on mature bodies that's only exaggerated the less mature that body is. So to throw out a blanket question asking if 14 year olds should be able to drink and smoke, my answer would be no. Without opening my science book, I think I recall most human bodies physically mature between 17-25 years old. So if a 17 year old with a fully mature body and mind who is well aware of the benefits and potential consequences of drinking and smoking wants to drink and smoke, then I support that 100%.

How many here drove farm trucks around their pasture when they were 14? 12? Why is 16 some magical number that classifies when a person is finally capable of driving on their own? Is that person any more mature at precisely 16 years old than they were at 15 years 364 days old? Because that's exactly what the law says. Doobie smoke or no doobie smoke, that type of logic should make any person ask "why?".
