Trevor at Red River Ammo isn't YET manufacturing rifle ammo. The best deal you will find on .308 bulk ammo is the German military bulk packs. It's non-corrosive and usually runs around $85 per 200.
ETA: You can obviously do much better doing your own reloading.
I don't think anyones getting rich distrubuting ammo. Now the guys making the ammo or the bullets that's another story
Right. I suspect it's the guys marrying into plant businesses that are REALLY making the money.
The rifle ammo is coming from BVAC. They make range ammo that is once fired brass or they make LEO/hunting ammo that is new brass. Pistol ammo is going through Red Rivet Ammo and it is all once fired as that was the only way to get close to BVAC pricing.
