If you are hunting with that think make sure you load with salted bullets so the meat don't spoil in the time it takes to walk from where you pulled the trigger to where you dropped the game!

Project Freedom Grendel starts today.

Picked up a Freedom Aero Lower today from C.O.P.S. No idear where this build is going to go, but I'm set on a 6.5 Grendel. Like to stay around 18-20", but that's my only thoughts for now.

My two elder granddaughters have grown bored with their .22 pistols. After a week of intense shopping, and test-firing of potential replacements, I got them a new Taurus G3 and a lightly-used Ruger SR9 this morning. We took the pistols to the range this afternoon, and both girls got good groupings - although all the groups were two inches low at 7 meters (22 feet). Likely have to get the sights adjusted to their well-calibrated eyeballs! Luckily, both girls are adept at reloading 9mm, since we'll be going through a bunch of it...
